When Art and Peter formed Oceanside Home Watch in January of 2017, they wanted their core values such as honesty, integrity, dependability, and attention to detail to define the Oceanside Home Watch brand and the exceptional level of service they would provide to homeowners. With over 35 years of combined experience, Art and Peter have been able to give peace of mind to hundreds of homeowners by taking great care of their homes while they’re away. They specialize in discovering problems such as water leaks, mold, insects, rodents, and air conditioning and working with trusted local service providers to resolve issues quickly before they fester and become more costly.

Owners Arthur (Art) and Peter White and their family have been residents of Vero Beach since 1984. Art is a graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT, and a U.S. Navy Veteran. He has worked as a property maintenance professional for the same company since 1988. In his free time, Art enjoys fishing, reading, and tinkering in the garden with Rosemary, his wife of more than 50 years.

Peter majored in Digital Media at Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL. He has over 20 years of experience in project management, website design, and marketing. The attention to detail required for those professions translated perfectly to the attention to detail needed when performing a Home Watch inspection. When he’s not working, Peter spends his free time playing guitar, fishing, hiking, and kayaking.
