Step 1:
Perform a Weekly Inspection

We perform a weekly 65+ point inspection which includes a complete interior and exterior walkthrough of your home and property looking for any kind of problem you may be unaware of.

Step 2:
Call you When There's a Problem

If there's a problem, we'll contact you by phone and provide photos/video as well. We'll give our recommendation to resolve it, then let you decide how you'd like us to handle it.

Step 3:
Fix Problems With Trusted Contractors

From calling, scheduling, and meeting service providers to obtaining estimates and overseeing the repair work, we handle everything. You don't have to lift a finger!

Absolutely! In fact, we no longer offer inspections 1 or 2 times/month because of the damage we have seen caused by a problem that was given extra time to fester and cause more damage than if it had been discovered after only 1 week. Your insurance company is going to recommend weekly visits and we believe this is in your best interest.

Yes, we would be happy to provide you with proof of our bond and insurance coverage as well as client references upon request.

No. You can cancel anytime. We do require you to sign an agreement to get your authorization to enter your home for inspections and visits while you’re away.
